We were immediately greeted by Tisha(I hope I spelled that correctly). She was so kind and helpful. We arrived the same time as either guest and ended up all enjoying some tequila together with Hermon. It was a great night for a reset. The property and rooms were fantastic. We loved out stay!

Staying here was a delight!

The views of the surrounding area were exceptional because the villa sits on top of a hill. We went during the middle of the week so we were the only one there and had a very accommodating staff member to take care of our needs. Though it isn’t near the downtown area, it is a short 5-minute drive away.

The hill is fairly steep in the parking area, so be careful, especially if you have trouble walking or are elderly.

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts

Cynthia, Tesia and Shawn were wonderful hosts. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They were all generous with their time, and we had lovely conversations with them. The location of the property was great, and the property itself was beautiful. Plenty of common spaces, and the hosts allowed us to enjoy them. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious!

Luxurious stay

A beautiful property that reminded me of Italian Villa. We stayed in the French room with a fireplace and slept in a four poster bed that was comfortable. Our bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. Plus we had access to a living room, kitchen and dining room. Breakfast was included.

Located near the town and the event venue we attended

Limited staff available and not helpful when on-site. We had problems turning on the living room fireplace in the morning and staff didn’t offer to help. In the evening we could not get it to work and upon sending email staff didn’t respond until over an hour later and we had already gone to bed. Second day the staff didn’t left the menu to order breakfast the following day. We went to bed thinking that we would not get any. Thankfully they order an extra scone and made the eggs/pancakes for my husband (extra charge?)

Was wonderful until is wasn’t

The location and build of the property is gorgeous. Was MEANT to be a quiet stay and was perfect for that.

On the last day of our stay, we were in formed there would be a huge party in the common areas. At 3:30 the doors swung open with loud screaming children and loud music and loud clean up until 8:30 Pm . Although we were invited - we did not want a loud party. The place advertised itself as quiet - no parties, no children. So we lost an afternoon by the pool - or anywhere but our room with ear plugs in. Furious!

It’s a beautiful place with nice common spaces, comfortable furnishings and nice outdoor spaces. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. From the balcony on a clear night, the stars are brighter than I’ve seen anywhere else.

The shower was difficult to work. We couldn’t get water to flow to the overhead shower, but the handheld fixture worked.

Shower could not turn off for tub to fill. No sugar substitute. No offer to change towels. TV too small to view. Breakfast complicated to order, no drinks except coffee/tea. No ice first day.

Nice views from the house of the surrounding countryside. The room had a nice but ancient Jacuzzi tub that sort of worked.

Communication was poor, received contradicting info about how to get into the house and our room, where to leave the keys, use of the kitchen and remainder of the house. They left emails which was not available to me for the week of travel prior to our stay. The breakfast of one item was poor, very small portion and again contradictory info was received about how many items are included. All info and updates should have been sent with at the time we booked! We were lucky to meet a "helper"(?) was we arrived who was disorganized and eager to leave to go to an exercise class. A greeting and info about the stay should have been delivered as we needed more towels and hangars Infact the staff was largely absent after policing breakfast. No fresh towels were available. I did not know that people would be able to bring children into the house as well as pets.

Beautiful Villa close to town and wineries.

Beautiful views and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Coffee and pastries in the am were complimentary and the host offered additional services should we need them.

The check in time via booking said 3pm while the hosts email said 4pm. When we arrived at 3:30 however we were able to get in. This didnt end up being an issue, just made me a little anxious.

Lovely place to stay in Healdsberg area.

Breakfast was rather minimal. Coffee/tea, a tasty scone, plums and a small yoghurt. We were the only guests staying there at the time. It was mid-week. Since we had a large dinner the night before we really didn’t need more and if there had been more guests perhaps a more substantial breakfast would have been served

A royal experience in a stunning villa

From the moment we drove onto the driveway, we were blown away by the appearance of the villa. We stayed in the French room which was very spacious and made is feel like royalty. The bed was super comfortable and the spa tub was a great addition. The villa as a whole was just beautiful, inside and out. Cynthia was incredibly nice and made our stay even better. We also loved the pastries from a local bakery we had for breakfast.

I wanted a romantic night out in wine country and got everything I wanted at Bella Messina.

The views were stunning, particularly at sunset. Elements of cozy, charming, and elegance were balanced. So many interesting nooks to relax, catch a view, or sit and relax. The pool is so pretty and the perfect temperature for a summer day. Coffee and breakfast were perfectly satisfying. My partner and I couldn’t have anticipated a better experience.

Es war eine traumhafte Unterkunft , allein schon die Auffahrt. Alles stilvoll eingerichtet mit allem drum und dran. Einer Villa angemessen. Schade, dass wir nur kurz da waren.

Ok verblijf, maar voor zelfde geld beter te vinden

Prachtig mooie locatie in groot landhuis.

Veel te warme kamer, slecht geslapen. Ontbijt bestaat uit 1 item dat je de avond er voor kunt kiezen en een kop koffie, dus meer niet. Wel lekker overigens. Zwembad is echt ijs en ijs koud…Onpersoonlijk, via mail instructies over binnenkomen maar niemand aanwezig. Ook bij ontbijt niet altijd iemand aanwezig. 2e dag vriendelijke beheerder tegengekomen die nog een paar dingen verduidelijkte maar daarna ook niet meer gezien. Jammer, we vinden een beetje contact, zeker met een B&B concept toch wel leuk😊. Verder is het wel een beetje vergane glorie. Ruim, groot, maar bijvoorbeeld hele kleine douchecabine en bubble bad was erg vergeeld en had langste tijd wel gehad.
