The location and staff were wonderful. The facility was immaculate. The views were priceless. I would recommend to family and friends. Roy and Holly.

Close to downtown
So many rules. Never met a staff person . Halls dark at night dangerous walking up stairs. All furniture was old and dated . Bathtub inside shower but no faucet to take bath . Pool not useable. No welcome drink or snacks . Told staff person I had to leave earlier then breakfast was offered and the person made no effort to get me something earlier or give me a to go bag . Felt like they just wanted to get my money . Also tried to hard sell tours etc before arrival . No TV stations to watch. Could only stream Netflix etc if you can remember your log in. Quiet hours so early - 9pm on a Saturday really? It was uncomfortable and not welcoming to stay here . Then the host messaged me asking for a 5 star review. Maybe learn how to be truly hospitable to earn that type of review?
