This was our first time staying at this property, and we loved everything about it—especially the location! It was so convenient and made it easy to walk everywhere.

Location can't be beat! Very comfortable, clean and great restaurants all within walking distance. Fun shops too. Only "negative" was the in-room coffee. 3 decaf 1 regular and we asked for just regular but had to go out every morning to get coffee so we both could get our caffeine hit. Other than that, highly recommend.

Perfect location if you are trying to get away for the weekend and doing some wine tasting dining a little bit of shopping. Everything is walking distance from this location and hotel itself is really nice.

Rooms are spacious, location of the hotel is great and staff very helpful. The only negative I have was the included breakfast, very poor. Skip it and just pay for the better choices.

Beautiful room very spacious and with nice furniture. Friendly staff. Very, very close to the Healdsburg Plaza and all its eating and shopping options.

Upscale property with upscale price tag. Not sure the value is completely there. Two nights in a row our AC didn’t work. Night time front desk never let manager know. They were kind enough to give a small discount for one of the nights but would have expected at least one night comp’d it was hot. I don’t think the room AC ever got fixed.

What a lovely property! Great location, decent size rooms that were well appointed with robes and Nespresso makers and such helpful, friendly staff. Really a wonderful hotel. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

Very sweet small hotel — really lovely staff. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable—nice amenities. 2 minute walk to the park in the middle of town and all the surrounding shops, restaurants and wine tasting joints. I will stay there again and I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is fine overall, but there were quite a few issues that made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been. The good: The room was clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the filtered water stations throughout the hotel and the refillable glass bottles provided in the room. The location is excellent—right in the middle of Healdsburg, which made exploring the town very convenient. However, there were many small but frustrating issues. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, and we were asked to wait quite a while—even as other guests who arrived after us were given room keys. We later learned that there were other clean rooms available, so it’s unclear why we weren’t offered one of those instead. The breakfast service was not great. Items listed on the menu weren’t actually available, and they repeatedly forgot parts of our order. The quality of the food was also underwhelming. Valet parking was another pain point. Even when we called ahead for our car, it was not ready when we came down. We always had to wait, which made planning around it difficult. In terms of the room, there were a few functional issues: the window coverings didn’t block out light well, so we were woken up early by the sun. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly, and the bathroom door inexplicably slammed shut. Overall, the hotel feels a bit understaffed, and several of the staff members seem inexperienced in hospitilty.

Everything was great about this hotel except for the awkward shower setting with no curtain or door so the water would spread all over the sink and the rest of the shower room. I did not understand why they chose such setting. Had to call room service to dry up the shower room so we can use the sink and toilet without getting our feet and shoes wet! Otherwise, we loved everything else about this hotel.

Convenient. Good parking. Room was good size.

Great location! We had a large suite with king bed and futon that was very well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the small windows covered by plants on the outside that let in extra light. The water stations in the hotel and refillable bottles provided were a nice sustainable option. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was great. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. Had to use staff valet.
