We had a great evening at the hotel. Checked in a little early with complementary valet. Room was very comfortable with a nice fire place. Breakfast delivered to the room was exceptional good. Will be back.

This was a wonderful hotel stay. The Hotel was in great shape, the rooms were very nice, and the service was some of the best I've experienced. The location in Healdsburg was perfect, as the selection of superb restaurants within a short walk was incredible. This will be our go-to hotel for future visits to Healdsburg.

Another wonderful trip to Les Mars. Sad that they took the complimentary full breakfast and 1/2 bottles of wine away, but still a wonderful experience.

My husband and I love everything about this property! The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are large, quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking and exploring Healdsburg.

A special refuge a few blocks from the heart of Healdsburg Lovely rooms—not too large but well equipped and elegantly furnished. Great linens and comfortable beds Excellent small staff —very accommodating. Walkable to everything downtown. Only missing its own restaurant but very close to some very good ones. Breakfasts good but no variety and same hard sourdough bread everyday but good coffee Shower was good and bath had upscale bath products A perfect place for a luxurious wine tasting and culinary getaway—not far from excellent wineries. Would come back for a fourth visit and that says a lot

This is a beautiful boutique hotel, spacious and quiet rooms, excellent service from the staff, they made our stay just wonderful.

Just a really stunning hotel. My husband I enjoyed our short weekend getaway. The location was prime for walkability to all the local wine and food spots. Would come back in an instant.

The staff was amazing! We were greeted with a glass of rose and the manager was so friendly. I love the walkability of this property and the fact that they provide complimentary parking and continental breakfast. The property itself is very clean and rooms are charming. It’s a little french gem in Healdsburg.

Great hotel—especially in our room on the 3rd floor Room 306 with high ceilings…Wonderful front desk attendant in Trent!! Very helpful and kind. However, as a Relais & Chateau-the breakfast service was sub-par!! No possibility of contnentail breakfast with croissants and goodies..THe limited menu provided only: The eggs tasted like made from box, the orange juice from a can, no milk/creamer provided for Nespresso machine in the room. THIS IS NOT UP TO RELAIS AND CHATEAUX STandards. ANd then to charge $35/day for amenities…this is very disappointing! THis hotel, if this is the standard, does NOT meet Relaix e Chateau standards!!

Just spent a beautiful weekend in Healdsburg and stayed at the Les Mars! We will be back... the rooms were very spacious, lots of natural lighting from the 2 large windows, the bed was comfortable and we loved our breakfast every morning that was delivered to our room. Had a very French esthetic and the location was perfect for walking around the town of Healdsburg!

Great small French style upscale hotel just off the square in downtown Healdsburg. Makes a weekend getaway even more enjoyable.

We chose Hotel Les Mars to spend the last 2 nights of our honeymoon, and we were incredibly disappointed with our stay. There was ZERO hospitality. When we arrived at 4:30pm on the Saturday of a holiday weekend, there was literally NO ONE to be found. No one at the front desk, no concierge. There was a note at the front desk saying that the concierge would be returning soon, and to call a number for assistance. But no one answered. We wandered around the hotel until we found someone in housekeeping, who also couldn't help us, so we had to go and find our key ourselves because we were going to be late for dinner!! And this wasn't just a one-off, because it happened AGAIN when we needed to retrieve our car from the valet. For a hotel that is supposed to be part of the Relais and Chateau distinction, this experience was unacceptable, not to mention bizarre. You would think that in the heart of wine country, you would have a wine reception in the lobby for the guests, especially considering that there wasn't even a restaurant or bar in the hotel. But instead, the place was a ghost town, with no service, no hospitality, and no energy. The price we were charged for that lack of service is obscene.

Having enjoyed previous stays here we returned in 04/24, but were really disappointed. The hotel is supposed to be a premium property. They charge accordingly, but cannot deliver in the least. It started when we arrived, when no one was available to valet our car (the nearby lots were full) - clearly understaffed. The welcome glass of wine was also missing. The room was a let down. In the bathroom the sink stopper, the cap on the water fixture, and the toilet paper were all MIA. The TV/Cable was plain Xfinity - no ability to log in to any streaming services. The hotel normally hosts some kind of function in the library in the afternoons/evenings. That did not happen. The hotel just seemed dead, despite being “fully booked”. On our second morning the bathroom reeked of raw sewage. This is not a premium product.

It was a great stay, and the location in Healdsburg was EXCELLENT. No one helped us with our bags in or out. For the price, that was a surprise. Also, although Breakfast was supposed to be included, there was a $10 service charge for breakfast, which was a strange nickel and dime situation. I would stay with them again even though this was a small issue. The room was beautiful and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
