I was overall disappointed in my stay

Comfortable bed Fireplace

Heated pool advertised but was not working and staff wasn’t aware. Also had lots of leaves in it. They alerted maintenance but it wasn’t fixed during my stay High pet fee of $50 Soaking tub was nice, but no access to soap or shampoo from the tub as they were all hooked to the wall in shower and by sink No hot water to shower with or from sink 1/25 Someone was smoking weed in another room and the smell came through vents had to air out room at night

Shower is dumb. It is pretty but it was designed by an architect, on paper, and the design is stupit! There is no way to get OUT OF THE STREAM OF WATER! Unless you turn the water off! Butt it is a very pretty shower

I liked everything , the room was beautiful! The location was perfect. It is very private, secluded, c and clean.

The only complaint was that house keeping did walk into my room even with a “DO NOT DISTURB “ on the door .

Perfect

Very pet friendly. Loved the balcony, bed, sofa, shower and fireplace. Perfect on a rainy day to get cozy after a rainy day. The lounge area was comfortable and Christy was good company while I enjoyed early morning coffee in the main lounge/lobby/breakfast. Staff all seem to enjoy each other and working here.

A few small adjustments would make a stay much better

The location was good. The lobby area was nice and the terrace and pool would have been good (it's winter). The text check ins were good and the charging options on the lamps were cool, helpful for a phone and a CPAP.

There could have been a few accessible wall plugs. The fireplace was nice (a little more heat would have been better). The shower dripped nonstop and the bed was not comfortable. The desk help was okay - the texts were actually more friendly. Would also recommend two bath rugs - the floor is cold and the sink area could use one, too.

Impossible to contact hotel prior to visit. No one answers phone then cut off. Are under staffed at desk…one person who also serves as a bar tender. She deserves a medal. Very very limited food

Every staff member we encountered was courteous, professional and accommodating. Rooms and lobby area were spotless.

No restaurant, minimal room amenities (glasses, hangers, no creamer refills, makeup mirror, bars for towel hanging). Clock in room useless. Storage non existent.

Nice property. Front desk manager needs training in customer service.

The Front Desk Manager did not exhibit good customer service. When we were told we would have to pay an additional $10 to park in their lot, we told her that this was not revealed to us when we booked the room. We were working with her front desk clerk at the time, but when the Front Desk Manager overheard us talking about the additional fee, she rushed over and spoke over her worker in a loud and argumentative voice. She said, "well you will have to park in the street. I cannot waive this." Her tone of voice was rude. Although we loved the property, her attitude so colored our experience, we will not come back. The $10 is inconsequential. The customer service from the Front Desk Manager was inexcusable.

Very nice stay with plenty of amenities in one of my favorite small towns.

I liked the hot tub and the pool, plus the sauna and steam room was a nice bonus (though I did not use either of those). The rooms were very spacious, nice bathroom, plus a great balcony view of the entire courtyard.

The pillows were horrible. I prefer firm pillows, but these were way too soft and airy -- my head sunk straight through the pillows making them worthless. My neck/shoulders were stiff. Plus, the bathroom light never turned off -- no switch or anything.

Disappointed by lack of privacy between bathroom and bedroom

The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable.

There was only a wooden shutter separating the bathroom from the bedroom so no privacy! Also there was a light that remained on all night, with no ability to turn it off.

Late getting checked in. We hoped to check in a bit early, but didn’t get in until after 4:00. The amenities are bare bones. No clock in the room and no bathroom amenities such a shower cap.

We were on the first floor and the room above us was very loud, especially very early in the mornings. Because the floors are wood/vinyl, it was extremely loud and disruptive to our sleep.

Pretty property

Very nice property: clean, pretty, and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating as well. We brought our bikes and were able to store them in our room, or they offered to store them for us. The property was like a small resort.

The only downside is it's about a 30 minute walk to the plaza, where most restaurants are (or you can drive).

THE WORST COFFEE AND COFFEE MAKER I’ve ever had in any hotel in the US or Europe. The coffee pod's taste … yuck. The functionality of the machine, poor. Even the lack of labeling or instructions was disappointing. Other than that, a really nice hotel.

Wonderful. Would book again for sure!

The accommodations were amazing. I have never seen windows and mirrors and floors that clean! Would’ve loved a room that had a really good view of one of the verandas but that’s a bit-pick. We were hoping for at least a continental breakfast, but that was about all that we could really say we were disappointed in. The stay was great!

Full or continental breakfast included would be nice. And free bottled water.
