Great stay, beautiful room!

The room was very stylish and comfortable. Loved the rain showerhead. In fact, I took a picture of the shower because the next time I remodel, I want my shower to look like that. The staff was very welcoming and professional.

Convenient & Pleasant Spot in Downtown Healdsburg

The location is stellar, right in the middle of Healdsburg. The hotel design is modern and inviting. The spoon bar is vibey and has a decent selection of food and drinks. There is also complementary breakfast, which is great. The valet service is very convenient.

We had some slight issues with cleanliness - the tea kettle was dirty with a chemical smell when we arrived, and the floors around and under the bed and bedside table could have used some love. Their text messaging service with the concierge did not work.

A Very Nice Hotel at a Reasonable Price in Downtown Healdsburg!

We enjoyed the location. We were returning from a special event nearby. There was complimentary valet parking at check-in. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and are perfect for an overnight stay. Although, I think the hotel would be great for a weekend stay as well to use as home base for winetasting and restaurant hopping in the Healdsburg/Dry Creek area. There is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. So, if you are tired after a long day, no need to find a restaurant, it's all there. And there is a free continental breakfast in the morning. The price for the room is extremely reasonable for the location and amenities offered. There is a sister hotel H3 (Harmon House) with a rooftop bar one block away.

Disappointing

location

When we did the reservation, we were given a price with everything included yet at the en of the stay they added a "resort fee", we were never told that there was such a fee which I consider a scam because you reserve for one price and ends up costing more due to the hidden fees. I am very disappointed and I will never come back to this hotel.

I've stayed many times at H2 but this didn't measure up as in the past on value.

Still a great location.

Staff at breakfast were less than enthused to be there. Offerings were blah. At over $500 a night...cheap melons and small yogurts with bland bulk food-like granola. And you have such beautiful bakeries in town...why not partner with them on pastries? And why cheap China made coffee mugs in the rooms? You sell beautiful hand crafted mugs in the lobby but then don't have them for your guests for morning in room coffee? You miss an opportunity to partner deeper with a local potter and create an on brand experience for guests. And, single use pods are not sustainable BTW.

Nice but noisy.

Rooms pleasant, clean, good storage

Pillows too full and heavy. Uncomfortable to sleep on. We were given rooms overlooking street which were very noisy. Made request in advance for quiet rooms so I was hoping for something off the street. I should have asked if there was anything else immediately upon seeing our rooms, but i did not.

Just ok stay at the H2

Good location in downtown Healdsburg. Staff a bit incompetent when it comes to Booking.com bookings. Tried to charge us nightly room rate even though we had prepaid. Took 3 people to figure it out. No apologies just disagreeing with us even though we were right. Breakfast used to be included but now separate billing. Food nothing to get excited over and the service is so slow. I know it’s California but geez does it really take 20 minutes for a toasted bagel. Better options are available for hotels and I’d consider them over H2.

Everything you need in a DT Healdsburg stay

Location couldn't be better. Within a quick walk of the town center, cafes, shops, tasting rooms, and restaurants. Valet was super convenient and easy to use, ubers came quickly, and the hotel had bikes available for use. The room was even better than I was expecting and was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a cute little back patio. Everything in the room was excellent quality and provided an elevated feel -- the linens, robes, Nespresso machine (no cheap coffee makers here), provided toiletries, and complimentary snacks. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and exceptionally kind. Front desk was available 24 hours in case anything was needed. Highly recommend!

While I couldn't hear anyone else in their rooms and the hotel was overall very quiet, hallway noise was easy to hear in the room. My room was directly in front of the elevator so was highly trafficked; potentially a little quieter for rooms that are not so centrally located. Overall I wouldn't say this was a huge issue for me, but at times a little annoying and would be noteable for light sleepers.
