Great location, however very disappointing

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We arrived prior to check in and they did everything they could to get us settled into our room.

No a/c, no soap; had to use dish soap in the bathroom and shower, no coffee, did not make the beds, hallways smelled like sewage.

Overall we enjoyed the stay, despite the tiny bathroom

The studio apartment was clean and it's kitchen was well equipped. They left a pedestal fan inside, which was handy in the summer with the added heat in the attic room

The toilet was extremely tiny. It is difficult to get inside, use or move. The bathroom door was hard to close/open. There are cracks on many parts of the walls in the apartment. Some chunks seem to fall off anytime.

Comfortable studio close to center of town

The nice size studio was walking distance to the center of town. It was on the first floor of the building. The stairs were narrow but we only had carry-ons so it was no problem. It was well equipped for a short stay.

There was no breakfast. The room was adequate, however we are 75 years of age, and the stairs to the attic apartment were very difficult.

The stairs, no air conditioning and it was very hot up there. There was nowhere to take refuse. The bathroom was extremely small.

Very goog and comfortable stay.

Well-equipped apartment, kitchen with all advantages and equipment, comfortable beds, good access, easy to find a parking space. Calm place. We loved the terrace. An evening well spent with a glass of wine outside overlooking the garden.

Poor sound insulation of the building overlay. You can hear the voices of the residents above.

Nothing flash but was great for a couple of nights, Easy to walk to main town. Quiet and clean room.had small kitchenette which was good for breakfast and coffee/tea making

Had wrong code and needed to go to visitor centre and ask them to call/speak French to get a new code. Once resolved was fine

The bathroom is uncomfortably small. Even a small person will have difficulty fitting in the shower. Moreover the shower has a leak and has a horrible smell. Don’t book the room in the middle of the summer because it will be extremely hot.

Location was good, it only took a 5 minute walk to get to the city centre of Caen

Half of the lights were not working, including the kitchen light. Using the kitchen was near to impossible due to the fact that the kitchen was placed in a dark corner. The toiletflush was working poorly. Pillows are bad.

Code changed a couple of hours before we arrived when we did not have Internet connection and no way of getting in. A bit stressful.

Decent sized room, very clean and quiet neighbourhood. A few minutes' walk from centre.

If you have a problem with stairs you need to know that the stairs here are on the steep side. Getting a suitcase up to the second floor may be an issue.
