All bedrooms are spacious doubles, with the master featuring a private en-suite. A modern family bathroom serves the other two bedrooms. Every room has been updated with brand-new furnishings to ensure a fresh, comfortable stay.



The fully equipped kitchen and dining area include everything you need for home-cooked meals, and there are TVs in both the lounge and kitchen for your entertainment.



On-street parking makes your stay even more convenient, and the home’s location offers easy access to local amenities. Whether you’re visiting for work, family, or leisure, this bright and modern home provides space, comfort, and style.



Guest Verification & Security Requirements



All guests must complete our secure online pre-check-in verification process before arrival, including identity verification.



As part of this process, guests are required to choose between a £50 non-refundable damage waiver or a £300 refundable security deposit, held temporarily on their payment card and released after checkout, subject to no damage or additional charges.

There is on-street permit parking available close to the property. Once you've parked on the street, walk up the short path leading to the front of the house. You'll find the key safe next to the front door, where you can collect the keys and let yourself in. Make sure you display a daily permit in your vehicle, these can be located inside the property.



We'll send your unique key safe code before your arrival, along with anything else you need to make your check-in as smooth as possible.
