In Arcachon, in the sought-after Autumn Town district, less than 300 meters from the beach, in the heart of a peaceful and green residential area lined with charming Arcachon villas: a pleasant studio apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the 3rd floor with elevator access in a secure, upscale building.
Entrance with a sleeping alcove and a single bed (80cm), shower room with toilet, living area including a fully equipped kitchenette with a conventional oven, microwave, small refrigerator, dishwasher, 2-burner induction cooktop, range hood, and Nespresso coffee machine, dining area, and living area with a sofa, a double fold-down bed (140cm), and ample storage. A pleasant east-facing balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture, offers a lovely view overlooking the street, the surrounding greenery, and the bell tower of Saint-Ferdinand Church. Very well-equipped and attractively decorated, the apartment enjoys a prime location: the beach is less than 300 meters away, and the nearest shops, bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, and tobacconist are about 550 meters away. A private parking space is included.
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin," code vacances33. Cancellation insurance is included; membership is optional. Final cleaning is included, provided the apartment is kept in normal and regular condition during your stay. No smoking, please.
