10 minutes from the train station and downtown on foot, close to all shops.
Charming house of 70m2 with garden and wooden terrace of 30m2, typical of Arcachon, quiet, located at the bottom of a dead end, 300m from the beach and the port.

- 1 bedroom double bed + single bed
- Bathroom
On the ground floor :
- Equipped kitchen
- living room, lunchroom
Possibility of 2 extra beds with sofa bed.
- Bathroom and separate toilet
Forbidden to animals.
Sheets and towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional and therefore subject to charges. They can be booked through the concierge a week before your arrival.

It was a peasant holiday in this apartment. Heat is not a great problem. We were three and I think maximum 4 people is ok, more people would be too much. Only one toilette. - Outsandting is the infrastructure of the apartment. We found everything we needed. And this all was in good condition.
About 0,3 km to the harbour and the beach, about 1,4 km to the center of the city (market place). Other descriptions are wrong. Silent neigbours and pleasant veranda behind the house.
Lausy only: At the end the landlord wanted us to clean the apartment. Since we were there for 2 weeks we refused and the landlord accepted. This should be cleared beforehand in the future.
