Charming house of 70m2 with garden and wooden terrace of 30m2, typical of Arcachon, quiet, located at the bottom of a dead end, 300m from the beach and the port.

On the ground floor :
- Equipped kitchen
- living room, lunchroom
Possibility of 2 extra beds with sofa bed.
- Bathroom and separate toilet
Forbidden to animals.

Excellent séjour dans cette belle maison offrant toutes les prestations souhaitées.
Belle terrasse et beau jardin. Vélos disponibles.
Petit bmol stationnement pas très pratique. Sinon rien à redire.
