About this house rental

BALSAMO PLAGE 7 is a 3* rated accommodation in a VILLA 50 m from the beach of EYRAC and 200 m from the CITY CENTER.
The SEAFRONT and the MARINA are accessible by the pleasant pedestrian and cycle path laid out on the beach.
Located on the first floor of the Villa, the accommodations are independent, isolated and perfectly soundproofed.

Conditions:
For certain periods, the best rates are from Saturday to Saturday on request for a quote only.
Optional cleaning fee at 70€ (see with the owner)
Optional bed linen at 20€/bed
Optional towel kit at 6€/pers
Water and electricity are extra, just like at home, on the distributor's rate (a few dozen euros depending on the season, your number and your habits).
