This studio located next to the owner's house is in a quiet area, close to the beach (400m), the marina (400m) and shops (500m), the proposed housing, with an area of 18 m2 , has two parts.
Near downtown but away from the summer crowds, the environment is quiet.
Nearby, a cycle track allows you to go downtown, to walk along the waterfront for many kilometers and go to the Dune du Pyla, the ocean beaches, Laguna - Petit Nice -The Salie - Biscarrosse and Basin beaches. The ultimate fun awaits the bicycle lovers.
A sea shuttle allows to discover the natural reserves of the Banc d'Arguin and the tchanquée (cabins on stilts) that became with the Dune du Pyla a symbol of the Arcachon basin.
A free electric bus passes near the studio and serves many beaches and Arcachon sites. The nearest station can join Bordeaux in 50 minutes and enjoy your holiday and to visit this beautiful city.
