About this house rental
Villa in Arcachon of around 60 m2, for 4 adults (possibly + 1 child with folding or extra bed in the parents' room) near the beach and the port. Composition: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 beds), 1 relaxation lounge, fitted kitchen of 9 m2 (fridge / freezer, gas stove-oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, complete crockery), stay of 20 m2 with TV / TNT, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Private terrace of 20 m2, south, not overlooked, with garden furniture and barbecue. Close to supermarket and all shops. free street parking. Shuttle to town center and beaches.
Sheets and household linen provided.
On request (prices on site): baby-sitter, port woman (15 minutes on foot), swimming pool shared with the owner only (summer).
cleaning, bike rental, walk on the Basin (tour of the bird island, discovery oyster park and swimming) with owner (max. 4 people).
Entertainment: almost daily from June to September in the city (parties, fireworks, various shows)
Sports: Fishing, jet-skiing, sailing, tennis, golf, horse riding, cycling (many cycle paths), Basque pelota, pétanque, water sports, gliding and first flights (aerodrome 5 km away), etc.
Entertainment: casino, nature outings, night clubs, cinemas, bars, restaurants, etc.
Visits: aquarium, discovery of the auction (fish market), circuit organized around period villas from the end of the 19th century (winter city district). Nearby, the Pilat dune (the highest sand dune in Europe), amusement park, ornithological and children's park, oyster ports, oyster museum, etc.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique !
Le gîte est très bien équipé, l'environnement calme et les propriétaires très discrets mais toujours à l'écoute. En plus la ballade dans le bateau du propriétaire sur le bassin restera un moment inoubliable.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette location. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et prévenants. Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans la maison et chacun avait son coin tranquille. Gros plus : nous avons pu installer notre bébé dans une petite pièce afin qu’il puisse être au calme pendant les vacances. La terrasse est très agréable pour manger et faire des barbecues. Le coin est très calme et les propriétaires très discrets. La piscine était bien plus grande que ce que nous avions imaginé c’était donc une belle surprise à notre arrivée. Enfin, le logement est très bien situé pour se rendre à la plage et au centre d’arcachon à pied (environ 15 minutes) ou sortir en voiture (dune de pilat à 15 minutes, la teste de buch à 5 minutes) et nous n’avons eu aucune difficulté difficulté pour nous garer dans la rue ou sur un parking à côté en plein mois d’août! Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement pour votre séjour sur Arcachon. Encore un grand merci pour votre merci pour accueil!

Jolie maison indépendante des propriétaires, très bien équipée pour le confort, calme et bien ensoleillée avec accès à la piscine hors sol qui est grande et très appréciée des enfants . Nous avons toujours trouvé une place de parking et avons loué des vélos pour parcourir les pistes cyclables. Nous sommes restés séduits par la gentillesse de MR et Me ORY comme de la ville et avons tous regrettés de ne pas être restés plus de 3 semaines. Merci à Francoise et Christian !

Maison avec toutes commodités, située dans le joli jardon des propriétaires, avec une piscine hors sol bien entretenue.
