Located just steps from the sand and surf on Rodney Avenue in the heart of Dewey Beach, this spacious town-home is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway. The three-level layout offers plenty of room to spread out, with two bedrooms on the first floor, an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area and comfortable living room on the second floor, plus two additional bedrooms on the third floor. Step out onto the decks and catch a view of both the ocean and bay from the living room or the third-floor primary bedroom — the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. Expanded cable and wireless internet are provided, along with two assigned parking spaces and two Dewey Beach parking permits. Just grab your beach bag, flip-flops and sunscreen, and you're ready for a fun-filled Dewey Beach vacation!

SPECIAL EVENTS: This property does not allow Special Events, including but not limited to weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduation parties, or group parties involving 4 or more unrelated guests. Tenant acknowledges that no Special Event will be held at the property. Any violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of the lease, forfeiture of monies paid, and liability for any additional damages permitted by law.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $255.50.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
