About this house rental
This spacious two-story home can accommodate multi-families and is just steps from the beach, restaurants and all Dewey has to offer! It has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths plus a hot and cold private outdoor shower. Guests will love the lower level open floor plan with two large living areas and an open kitchen with granite countertops, an island bar that seats 4-5 and beautiful wood dining table that seats 10. This house is ideal for entertaining friends for cocktails or a great place to gather for cooking a big family meal. The first floor also has a half bath and beautiful rich hardwood floors in the front sitting room in addition to the whitewashed kitchen flooring and Tommy Bahama style decor in the carpeted rear living room. An enclosed laundry area is conveniently located on the first floor with stack washer and dryer.
The rear living room overlooks a beautifully landscaped private back yard with a patio,fountain, grill and separate spacious screened-in porch with a large smart tv. The porch is a peaceful place to relax with your morning coffee or at the end of the day. In addition to a whitewashed table and chairs, the porch also contains a Brazilian cherry sofa and loveseat and additional rocking chair. The vaulted porch ceiling is painted with dreamy white clouds set above a ceiling fan.
All five bedrooms are on the second floor which also contains a large open center hallway with hardwood floors. The front two bedrooms share a large double vanity bathroom with a shower. These bedrooms have a king and a queen bed with quality bedding, a ceiling fan, cable tv and large closet. The three bedrooms in the back of the house share a bathroom with a double vanity, tub and shower. One of the back bedrooms has a king bed, cable tv, dresser and large closet. The other two bedrooms have multiple beds, a closet and dresser and are ideal childrens rooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and additional bunk beds and the other one has a full sized bed and additional twin bed. Bedrooms, 1-king, 2-queen, 3-king, 4-queen and bunk bed, 5-full and twin bed.
The house is a 2100 square foot split duplex home with free private parking for 3-4 cars, and a new HVAC system and hot water heater. Our home is at the back of the property with a the beautiful private fenced-in yard. Tenant provides towels, linens, and bath mats.
Off season rates from December-February don’t include porch. Porch is closed during winter months.
Dewey beach charges 3% tax. This will be paid to owner on rental fee and can be estimated prior to booking if requested by renter. Owner pays Dewey tax directly.
Dogs are allowed- up to 2 dogs if house-trained and on a flea and tick preventative. pets are not allowed on the furniture. Pet fee is $300 for 1 dog and $400 for 2 dogs.

Michelle was a great host.she is pleasant and had all things in order and was available if we needed her.There are 3 places to gather.The sun room is roomy and furnished well.The house was clean and neat and beautiful! and had everything we needed.The yard was great for the dogs

Spacious, Clean, modern. Great outdoor space and so close to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. Could not think of a better place to stay and will stay here again.

Great, quiet LOCATION. Beautiful house. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of beach chairs a wagon. The upstairs air conditioning system was a little unusual but after the first night we figured it out. Great backyard and porch. Hosts were awesome to deal with. You will love it.

Great size home for a family of 11. Plenty of places to relax. Beds were pretty comfortable. Bathrooms were all really nice. Loved the extra outdoor room!! Best part the house was so close to the beach!! Communication with owners was easy too.
