About this house rental
OCEANFRONT! BOOK TODAY! Remodeled, beachfront townhome offers glorious ocean views from 2 spacious decks, and another deck off the 2nd bedroom! Beautifully decorated, this 4 BR, 3 BA twin townhouse is also steps away to the bay's water-sports, restaurants and famous nightlife in Dewey Beach. You'll appreciate the 4 off-street parking spaces in carport & driveway, WiFi and smart TVS, outdoor shower and gas grill for barbecuing at home! Hop on the Jolly Trolley and in minutes, you can be in Rehoboth to visit the boardwalk, gourmet restaurants and posh boutiques! NO PETS, NO SMOKING.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. Guests pay a $180 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

The house was a great location for our family with younger children, right on the beach with great beach access. Kitchen worked well as we did cook multiple meals. House was very clean upon our arrival and easy checking and check out.

The location of this home was perfect. You have direct access to the beach and also are within walking distance of any restaurant, bar, and shopping you need. Our group felt very spread out within the home, and enjoyed spending time on the main floor with a beautiful view of the beach.
