Restaurant/Bars within walking distance, only steps away from "The World Famous Starboard". Jolly Trolley at the end of the stree to take you into Rehoboth Beach.

For our first trip to Dewey Beach, the condo was lovely and large - plenty of space for our family of six adults to be together but also plenty of space to be separated. Three bathrooms was a GREAT amenity. The condo's location was in the middle of pretty much everything in Dewey Beach, as well as only one block to the beach.The only drawback to our week at this condo was that the VRBO description and photos never indicated that the condo was on the third level with two large staircases to climb to get to/from the condo. With two senior citizens, two pregnant women, and two dogs, the stair climbing was slow and exhausting for many of our family. I assumed there was only one condo level on the property above the carport. Regardless of how great the condo was, had I known it was on the third level, I would have rented elsewhere. I will be sure to clarify this issue with any VRBO rentals going forward.

Great location if you like to be in the middle of the action. Just a short walk to the beach. Clean home and the layout is friendly. The large porch is nice and we spent a lot of time there. Plenty of parking for one truck and four cars.There were a couple of hiccups with the AC and empty propane tanks in the outdoor grill but communication to address these was good.

I have stayed at many homes over 20 plus years going to Bethany Beach. This year because our kids are older we went to Dewey Beach. It’s great that you can just walk to all the bars and restaurants. The home did except dogs which is what we wanted and have rented before. I must say that this home looked clean at first glance, but it’s very dirty and not deep cleaned. The owner is delayed in responding to any questions. We were supposed to have towels and sheets included but they never came till well after 10 pm, and I was told I needed to wait around for them to get delivered. Never has that happened. We were hungry and needed to get food, and go to the supermarket. So after waiting around for hours I decided to go back to Walmart and buy what we needed. This was a big pain. But the owners did reimbursed me for that. But at the end of the day we all had a wonderful time. The Delaware shore is magical, and we love it.
