GORGEOUS, SPACIOUS AND DOG FRIENDLY . . . 5 BR, 4.5 BA townhouse is just 1 block to the ocean in Dewey Beach. Sleeping 12, there's room for the entire family plus your pup in this dog-friendly rental. You'll love the beautiful furnishings and wonderful décor and amenities, as well as the plentiful off-street parking. Park your car for the week and walk everywhere... the beach, bay, cafe's, bars and music venues in Dewey. You can even hop on the Jolly Trolley which will take you to the gourmet restaurants, unique boutiques and boardwalk in nearby Rehoboth Beach. After a long day at the beach, enjoy the outdoor shower, dine on the screened porch or have a crab feast in the entirely fenced-in backyard; there's a gas grill for your use as well. There is even an outdoor bar with a TV and firepit! You won't find a nicer and more conveniently located vacation rental in Dewey Beach. BONUS: This luxury home comes with bed linen and towel concierge service, so all beds are MADE for you upon arrival. (Sorry, no beach towels.) Dog friendly with a minimum $300 pet deposit and addendum. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. No Cats, however, owner has had cats in the property.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests pay a $245 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Paper and personal hygiene products are not included.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, paper and personal hygiene products are NOT INCLUDED.

Great house! Amazing location with walking distance to all the Dewey bars and restaurants. I rented it for a bachelorette party. The house has everything you need. The only negative thing I will say if that the floor was dirty. After walking around in socks everyone’s socks were black after a couple of minutes.

My friends and I came for a quick girls trip away and had a great time! The house was very accommodating and had so much room for all of us. It was close to the beach and the bars/restaurants so we were able to walk or take a quick Uber to where we were going!

We had a great experience in our Swedes st. rental. The location is amazing. Rental is pet friendly which is perfect for our family. There were a few problems that were taken care of immediately.

Spacious house. Loved all the rooms and bathrooms. Close to the beach. Pretty noisy and a lot of activity on the street at night. I would not book through Vrbo but go directly through the realtor next time.
