About this house rental
Spacious 4-bedroom townhouse, with the loft serving as the fourth bedroom, featuring private balconies and stunning bay-side sunset views. Ideally located just a short walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to everything Dewey has to offer. Enjoy free reserved parking for two vehicles, plus the convenience of being only 1.5 blocks from the beach. Hop on the Jolly Trolley nearby for a fun, easy ride to Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk. This three-story townhome offers three outdoor decks, with the living room and fully equipped kitchen thoughtfully situated on the second level for comfortable gathering and entertaining.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options.
