This is one of our most sought-after properties with the beach located just steps away from your front door! This stunning 2,800 square foot two-story home features plenty of space to relax indoors and out, including a large three-season porch on the first floor, a comfortable screened porch on the second floor with wood paneled ceilings and a 65” television, and an expansive second story deck with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. A small balcony overlooks the property’s relaxing private pool, which can be heated from early spring to late fall.
The professionally decorated interior spaces set this year-round property apart from others in the area. A variety of bedroom configurations ensure your party will all feel comfortable with plenty of space to come together or find seclusion. From the fully equipped kitchen to the open concept living and large formal dining area with a custom-made dining table with seating for 12-14 guests, the thoughtful details are aimed at making sure that, from the moment you walk in, you’ll feel right at home.
Please note: Guests bring their own linens or may use a local rental service. Starter supplies provided; bring/purchase additional as needed. 3.5% fee applies for credit card payments. No early check-in/late check-out. Top bunks not for adult use.
Early December 2026 rates are based on occupancy of up to 12 guests. Additional guests, up to the maximum occupancy of 16, are subject to a $75 per person, per night fee. This fee is reflected in pricing on our direct-booking website. VRBO pricing does not include additional occupancy fees, which will be disclosed and confirmed prior to booking acceptance.

The property is excellent. Very roomy with lots of small secluded areas if you need some quiet or privacy. Well equipped with kitchen appliances, utensils and cooking gear. Spacious rooms and baths. Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Short drives to the boardwalk and other Rehoboth businesses and restaurants. Short walks to Dewey Beach restaurants. Ample room for the whole family to have a meal or game together, inside and out. The management crew were very and quickly responsive to a pool heating issue. Resolved it to our complete satisfaction. My entire family and I voted to try to rent again for our next Delaware vaca. As close to a perfect venue as you can get.

Amazing home in an excellent location with highly responsive property management support. My husband said he would come back, (and he’s only done that one other time in our many years of using VRBO and other rental apps).Lots of conversation spaces, hang outs, deck chairs, etc. Rooms with twin bunk beds are definitely for smaller people. I would not recommend trying to pile in full-sized kids/ young adults. As with all of Delaware, bring something to ward off mosquitoes early and late in the day.

Awesome house - especially for a group or family - in a fantastic location. Pictures don’t do it full justice - tons of space both indoors and outdoors. Check in process was very easy and we had no issues at all. Would definitely stay again!
