Welcome to our family’s cherished summer home, loved for over 75 years! Originally built by my grandparents, this vintage Bayfront gem has hosted four generations of unforgettable memories.
Located in the heart of Dewey Beach, directly next to the Dewey Beach Yacht Club, (and just 2 docks over from the Rusty Rudder and Hyatt Place) With your own private dock and beach for boating, crabbing, kayaking or stand up paddleboarding, and gorgeous sunsets. Bring your boat and tie up to your own private dock or rent one from our neighbors!

Great waterfront property, clean, and comfortable. Clearly a cared for family home. Great location, private and lovely bay views with walking to the beach and town all very easy. Great communication with the host who was also very helpful.

Great location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Loved being on the water. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend!

We had never been to Delaware before so we knew nothing about the area. We wanted a place that was on the water and would have something for everyone in our family. Jennifer was so helpful and answered every question I had(and I had lots of them!) the house is in a great spot on the bay. We rented kayaks, fished and crabbed off our private dock, and we were just a short walk to the beach. There are tons of activities, dining, shopping, etc. all walkable, or just a short drive away to get to other spots that might interest you. This property was great for my family with 4 children, and Jennifer went above and beyond to help us feel at home!
