ONLY 1.5 blocks to the beach and steps to the bay with plenty of parking. Located in the heart of Dewey Beach on a quiet street across from the community park and a short walk to the marina and many of the famous Dewey restaurants and bars. Want to spend some time in Rehoboth Beach and enjoy the boardwalk, amusement rides, games, shopping and awesome restaurants? The jolly Trolley stop, a short block from the house, will take you to Rehoboth and drop you off at the stop of your choice. No need to worry about parking. Our home offers plenty of parking. Once you arrive feel free to park your car for the week and walk to many of the amenities Dewey Beach has to offer. Our newly built home sleeps 17 and features an open kitchen, dining and great room along with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and an awesome rooftop deck with loft for entertaining and fabulous views of the bay and the ocean. This is a beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially. The location was great, commmunication with owner was very good.The biggest negative was the air conditioning system was locked at 70 degrees. It got very warm, especially upstairs where we slept. Fans would have been a nice addition. We hope to return again.

House is great. The pool and hot tub are a great extra. Nice location. Owner very responsive. We had issue with AC at around 6pm. She had an HVAC company there by 9:30 pm to fix it!!

Excellent location to beach and bay. The house was very clean and the pool was a plus. The only thing is the 5th bedroom or sleeping area is very noisy within the house. Overall a very great house would recommend again and would stay again.
