The home features spacious front and rear screened-in porches that invite you to relax with your morning coffee or unwind in the evening sea breeze. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then enjoy dinner on the back patio with a gas grill and picnic table. The fenced-in yard provides a private outdoor space where family members, including your four-legged friend, can stretch out and soak up the sun.
Tucked away on a quiet ocean block in South Rehoboth Beach, this home offers peace and privacy while keeping you close to everything Rehoboth has to offer. You can easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and award-winning restaurants, or take a short stroll to the tranquil waters of Silver Lake, one of the area's most scenic spots.
The private driveway accommodates up to four vehicles, making parking simple and stress-free. Inside and out, you'll find thoughtful touches like ceiling fans, a sunny rear porch, a comfortable living area, and beach equipment ready for your use.

Great stay. It was close to the beach making hauling gear with 4 kiddos 5 and under easier. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed making meal preparation easy for our gang of 10. We loved the extra small appliances including a Ninja blender, air fryer, coffee pot and Keurig. We would definitely stay here again.
