The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor. The owner provides all bed sheets and bath linens. The second floor has an open living, kitchen and dining area that provides access out to the waterfront deck. This is a perfect spot for family to gather and enjoy your time together. If the beach is not your favorite place to sunbathe, step right over to the pool! The owner also provides bed and bath linens. Did I mention the home is pet friendly, dog only please. What more could you want? This is a non smoking home, no smoking on the property and this includes the decks. Pet friendly with a $325 non refundable pet fee per pet, dogs only.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

We were really pleased with this rental - plenty of space for entire family (10 adults, 2 children) The location was ideal - right on the beach! Also close to all the shopping and restaurants in both Dewey and Rehoboth. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend and we definitely intend to return! P.S, Our Golden retriever loved it too!

Beautiful oceanfront home with well decorated comfortable rooms. A few mechancial issues we reported were handled efficiently. The family loved the use of the nearby pool.

Fantastic location! Lay out of the house was perfect for our family.House is well maintained and clean.Towels were plush and plentiful.We appreciated the quality of the cookware/dishes (no plastic).We will be back!.
