An ocean block town home with views of both the ocean and bay! Situated on the south side of Dewey Beach, just steps to the beautiful beaches, marina, nightlife, and great restaurants, this Dewey Beach town home leaves little to be desired.
You will thoroughly enjoy the beautiful kitchen that includes quartz counters and stainless steel appliances complete with a coastal vibe. In addition, this modern town home is complete with laminate hardwood flooring and updated bathrooms. The spacious screened porch and various levels of balconies offer great views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. A perfect and open floor plan on the main living level is ideal for a vacation beach rental.
This is a non-smoking home and pets are not permitted.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $238.50.
Tenants are required to purchase the $70.00 damage insurance. Please contact the host for additional information.

When we arrived to the property it was really very dirty. None of the floors were vacuumed so we spent a good amount of time vacuuming the floors. We found empty beer and truly cans in the house and out on the decks and the windows/sliding glass doors were also very dirty.The property was advertised as 4 bedrooms, with the kids bedroom (the twin bed) being the fourth bedroom, but I really don’t think this was accurate. This room was a walk through room and the only way to access the rest of the house. It made it really difficult in the evenings to put the kids to bed and in the mornings to access the rest of the house without waking up the kids. I just think this needs to be described better in the listing.Also- I do think the house should be serviced by an HVAC company. The vent in the bathroom easy dripping water and the entire house felt very moist.Overall we had a nice time but would not rent this property again.
