Island Dream | Beachfront Plantation Home | 2 Kings + Bunk Room | Sleeps 10
Welcome to Island Dream, our beachfront home located inside the private, gated St. George Island Plantation. With beautiful Gulf views, direct beach access and plenty of room for families and friends, Island Dream is the perfect place to slow down, relax and enjoy everything St. George Island has to offer.
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and features two king sleeping areas, a bunk room with four twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
From the moment you walk inside, the Gulf of Mexico takes center stage. The open-concept living, dining and kitchen area features dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the home with natural light and provide beautiful Gulf views from the main living space.
The spacious living area offers plenty of comfortable seating for the whole group, including two separate sitting areas and a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa that accommodates two additional guests. The main dining table seats eight, while an additional table provides seating for four more—perfect for family meals, games and evenings spent together.
The kitchen is well equipped for preparing everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the beach to a full family dinner.
Sleeping Arrangements
The upper-level primary loft suite features a comfortable king bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a loft-style sitting area overlooking the main living space. From upstairs, you can also enjoy views through the home’s large Gulf-facing windows.
On the main level, the second bedroom features another king bed with convenient access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Also on the main level is the bunk room, a great setup for kids and families. It features two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds for a total of four twin beds and has its own private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
For additional sleeping space, the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Altogether, Island Dream comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests:

Step Outside & You’re at the Beach
One of the best parts of Island Dream is just outside the door.
Step onto the large Gulf-facing deck and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves, spend the afternoon relaxing in the Florida sunshine, or wind down in the evening with the Gulf breeze.
When you’re ready for the beach, simply head down the stairs from the deck and follow the beach path directly toward the sand and Gulf. There’s no need to load up the car or drive to a public beach access—you are already beachfront.
After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading back inside.
The home also features covered parking underneath the house, a charcoal grill and a firepit for guests to enjoy.
