This home boasts all the comforts of home with rich hardwood floors and thoughtfully appointed furnishings and accessories throughout. A recent addition to this home is the installation of a wonderful elevator that services all floors; from ground level all the way up to the second floor! A tremendous amenity for easy off-loading of groceries and luggage. The first level boasts 2 charming bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. A very comfortable living area sits between each bedroom, perfectly appointed for the kids to play games or watch movies on the satellite HDTV. Both bedrooms and living area on this level have wonderful gulf views and access to a large covered porch with comfortable seating. Stairs off this porch lead to the ground level area and short path to the bike path and beach boardwalk. The Master bedroom and bath are located on the top level along with the open living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has been completely renovated in 2016 with beautiful upgrades; including new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops.
