Overall this is a nice rental in SGI - in the Plantation which is quiet and very nice for families. The house is situated with a pretty short walk to the beach and offered a nice layout for our group. There were some differences between the listing and what we found - specifically the bunk room showed 2 sets of bunk beds but there was only one with a full bed that wasn't usable as it sat weird on the frame. We did have some issues with the combination lock on the front door. The batteries were replaced on day one and that seemed to fix it but then we got locked out again the following day for 3 hours until it was resolved. Aside from these issues it is a very nice house with updated bathrooms and most everything you need.
