The perfect beach retreat! Located in a St George Island Gated Community this home has enough space for a large family or for multiple families but also welcoming for only a few guests. The Sand Bar sits directly across from the beach and offers amazing unobstructed Gulf views. It is tastefully decorated and offers granite countertops, new appliances, and upscale furnishings. Its recently remodeled spacious outdoor kitchen offers a wonderful dining area, large gas grill, mini fridge and counters for food prep. The rest of the outdoor area features a hot tub and TV for your relaxing enjoyment. Enjoy the private pool and all its outdoor amenities including an enclosed outdoor shower and fish cleaning area. Bike and walking paths are easily accessed for you to enjoy the beach and all the community has to offer. The Sand Bar is truly a luxurious beach vacation getaway that is just waiting for you to sit bac, relax and enjoy! Take advantage of the community amenities such as the pickleball court, tennis court, fitness center or one of the two community pools.
