Welcome to 'All Hooked Up'. This home was designed for groups of large family and friends.
Featuring: All Viking kitchen in the master kitchen upstairs. 3 heating and air units , 3 kitchens including 3 stainless steel refrigerators. The home layout offers privacy, yet still connects you to everyone in the house without having to rent a separate property.
6 Bedrooms, 6 Baths. (3 kings, 1 queen, 4 twins (2 twin beds, 1 trundle twin over twin) and 3 queen size sleeper sofas account for sleeping 18 total)
A dream home with 3 separate living areas. It's like having 3 homes in 1! 5,000+ square feet inside, featuring a large upscale chef's kitchen with viking range & 2 smaller kitchens. Great lap pool for relaxing or exercise
All Hooked up is first tier, meaning you are directly across from the beach. A toddler could walk the distance from the house to the beach without being tired, you are that close (as you can see pictured!) This home is beautifully furnished, and the path to the beach is just steps from your front door. Yes, there is a path to the beach for your guest to walk to.
HOME LAYOUT: Bottom left has king bedroom, Master Bathroom, twin bedroom with 2 twin beds, hallway bathroom, sleeper sofa. The bottom left sleeps 6.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the master bathroom, living and kitchen area feature a pull out sofa bed, and flat screen T.V. The doors at the master bedroom will lead you to the pool area. Doors in the twin bedroom will leave you to the left front porch. The Bottom left unit is considered the handicapped friendly unit with an elevator inside connecting this unit to the top right.
The bottom right has king bedroom, master bathroom, queen bedroom, hallway bathroom. Sleeper sofa. The bottom right sleeps 6.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the master bedroom, living area features a pull out sofa bed, and flat screen T.V. The master bedroom doors will open to the pool area. The screened porch is accessible through the living area. There is a winding, wooden staircase that connects you to the bottom right unit to the top floor main living area.
The main floor upstairs features a Master bedroom with bathroom, Small bedroom with trundle (twin over twin size) bed, hall way bathroom off kitchen, foyer for entertaining,, dining room with balcony views,, kitchen area, and full size living room. There are multiple doors to front & back outdoor decking. The elevator & staircase lets you out to this floor. You can also use the elevator or stair case to take you up to the next floor - which is a tiny look out spot with a small porch with seating. You can take great pictures from up here! You can also come up stairs using the outside stair cases.
Gas grill under the carport, always free refills on propane! Guests needing elevator assistance will want to stay in the bottom left unit or the top portion of the home.
The spiral staircase & high ceilings make this home luxurious, yet comfy. Plenty of dining space with a table that seats 10, a bar that seats 3, & a foyer table offering seating for 4. This home is also equipped for the physically challenged. Use the elevator at your convenience with no extra charge- goes from ground level all the way to the roof top deck! 3 queen sleeper sofas & 2 washers and dryers help to accommodate all of your guests. plenty of game tables for playing cards. HD TVs, DVD, VCR, & stereo. Yes! There is FREE cable & WiFi at this home!

Large home great for multiple families. Very close to beach, practically beachfront. Comfortable beds with nicely sized private pool, tucked behind the house vs on the road like some.

Our family had a wonderful stay at All Hooked Up on St. George Island, Florida. The location is fantastic, just across the street from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline. The house itself is spacious and well-suited for a large family like ours, with plenty of room for our group of 13, including young children. The layout worked perfectly, and the kids loved the pool.However, there were some notable issues. The kitchen was a significant drawback when cooking for our group of 13. The available cookware was inadequate, with small pans lacking matching lids, no pot holders, and only half of the cook stove would light, making meal preparation frustrating. Additionally, cleanliness was a concern. The microwave was left dirty, and the coffee pot had not been cleaned, which was disappointing and inconvenient.Overall, the location and amenities like the pool made this a great spot for a family vacation, but the kitchen and cleanliness issues need attention to better accommodate large groups.

This home, for the price, served it's purpose. There were a few issues, one being the upstairs AC not working properly. Message was sent and they did send someone out the next day to fix it. Railing on most of balcony areas seemed to be loose and wobbly, especially the very top one, so we didn't let kids enjoy those areas. It lists 3 full kitchens but the upstairs kitchen is the only "full" one. With that being said only two of the burners worked on the stove. The 2 kitchens downstairs only have 2 counter top burners and convection ovens. Tried making something in one of the convection ovens and it took triple the time it should. Considering this house accommodates 18 people, which we had, it would have been nice to have the 3 Full kitchens. We made it work though. Round table top on upstairs dining table not attached. Discovered that when a 6 yr old in our group was eating and leaned on it, tipping the table and spilling his food and drink. Thankfully an adult was close by and kept the table from falling over completely. Upstairs island had a round butcherblock section not attached either. There is a house being built right across the street where the path to the beach was in the pictures online. There is a small path along the fence to the house next to it that we used with no issues. Pool was great and the elevator worked as it should. I know I've listed a few minor issues but I just want others to be prepared when staying. Overall I would give the house a 7/10.
