About this house rental
This magnificent home has an open floor plan with warm, inviting decor and gorgeous views from the large sunlit great room. The pristine beach is a short walk away on the beach path next to the house, with no streets to cross.
The great room features a vaulted wood beam ceiling and a gas fireplace. Two French patio doors lead to a large new Trex deck with a patio table and chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful view with your morning coffee.
The dining area offers a big table and comfortable chairs. There is an exceptional kitchen with custom-built cabinets. Stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, granite counters, and a wet bar make meal preparation a breeze. It is well stocked for any chef. The upstairs laundry room provides a washer and dryer.
Three master suites (2 king, 1 queen) - each with access to spacious decks have various bathroom amenities such as a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with double shower heads. 4th Bedroom has twin beds and its own bath and deck. A second living area can be used as an office or fifth bedroom with a daybed and trundle.
Indoor entertainment is provided by TVs in every bedroom. There is a Playstation 4 console in the large living room and an XBox Console in the office/fifth bedroom.
Other amenities include 2 WIFI networks, a high chair & port-a-crib for the little ones.
Outside features include a private heated pool (a fee of $300/week to have heated), a hot/cold outdoor shower, a park style grill, and an outdoor sink with a fish cleaning station.
There are several bicycles, 2 beach carts, beach towels, and plenty of other beach gear in the storage room.

The house was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone in the common areas and more than enough room for everyone to spread out. The decks were our favorite places to hang out and see the stars, get some sun, or overlook the pool. The host was very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly. We had ages from 66-9 months and it was great for everyone. There are about 4 flights of stairs to get from the garage to the kitchen, living areas, and one of the bedrooms, so keep that in mind if anyone struggles with stairs. The stairs took some getting used to, but by the end of the week we didn’t notice them as much.The pool was great. With 3 under 5, we appreciated that it was fenced in and still visible from one of the decks. There was plenty of room for the kids to play in the yard and ride their bikes around. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. There were a couple of beach wagons in the storage room that were a big help with getting chairs, tents, and a cooler to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again next year!

This is our second time staying here. It’s a good house, but the furniture definitely needs to be updated. The washing machine is very moldy smelling

Our stay was so nice! The host had quick communication and the house was so clean. It was also so nice that beach gear was there so we didn’t have to bring any! A huge thank you! We weren’t expecting there to be so many stairs but we made it work. It was a great stay!
