About this house rental
This magnificent home has an open floor plan with warm, inviting decor and gorgeous views from the large sunlit great room. The pristine beach is a short walk away on the beach path next to the house, with no streets to cross.
The great room features a vaulted wood beam ceiling and a gas fireplace. Two French patio doors lead to a large new Trex deck with a patio table and chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful view with your morning coffee.
The dining area offers a big table and comfortable chairs. There is an exceptional kitchen with custom-built cabinets. Stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, granite counters, and a wet bar make meal preparation a breeze. It is well stocked for any chef. The upstairs laundry room provides a washer and dryer.
Three master suites (2 king, 1 queen) - each with access to spacious decks have various bathroom amenities such as a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with double shower heads. 4th Bedroom has twin beds and its own bath and deck. A second living area can be used as an office or fifth bedroom with a daybed and trundle.
Indoor entertainment is provided by TVs in every bedroom. There is a Playstation 4 console in the large living room and an XBox Console in the office/fifth bedroom.
Other amenities include 2 WIFI networks, a high chair & port-a-crib for the little ones.
Outside features include a private pool with pool heat available if requested (a fee of $350/week), a hot/cold outdoor shower, a park-style grill, and an outdoor sink with a fish cleaning station.
There are several bicycles, 2 beach carts, beach towels, and plenty of other beach gear in the storage room.

This was a truly exceptional place to stay. The home was even better than advertised. The cleanliness, accommodations, and overall location and access to the beach was what stood out the most. I cannot recommend this house high enough; it is a must stay if you are staying at Saint George Island. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house.

We enjoyed our week at St George. The property was as described. For us it was more of a 5-7 minute walk to the beach.

Well stocked kitchen, a short walk to the beach, and a lot of beach and pool equipment along with 4 bikes. Pool was enjoyed by everyone. We had a great week!

Very nice property and enjoyed bikes and was well stocked. Very good pool! Multiple steps to main level may be difficult for some.
