Welcome to An Angels Dream this four bedroom, four bathroom home is located in the gated community of the Plantation. A large screened pool makes this home ideal for your family. The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking as well as driveway parking, covered entry, screened pool, screened outdoor patio area, bar area with full size fridge, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, and gas grill. Exterior and enclosed stairs lead to the first floor. The first floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a covered outdoor deck. All of the bedrooms on this floor have direct access to the extensive outdoor deck, they all have TV's and Keurig's for your personal use. The queen bedroom and twin bedroom share a bathroom that features a double vanity and standard shower/tub combo. The king suite which has direct access to the outdoor deck as well has a mini fridge, a Keurig, TV, the en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The second floor features the open concept living area. The living area features comfortable seating, including a double sleeper sofa, smart TV equipped with Roku allowing access to multiple streaming services, and a Blu-ray player. The kitchen is well stocked and is equipped with a mixture of stainless steel and black appliances. The large dining table seats eight with additional seating at the kitchen island. The home owner of �An Angel�s Dream� has thought of the little ones of the family, a highchair, booster seat, and two baby gates are provided. This floor also features a shared bathroom with shower.
