Overall a very nice house. Kitchen is showing some age. Odd that the pool is on the north side of the house (limits direct sun time) and that it’s so close to the bike path (no privacy). Had an issue with the pool heater and the management took care of it quickly. St. George Island is a great place.

Located in private community with numerous rules pertaining to boats, trailers, golf carts. NO EXPLAINED IN ADVERTISEMENT
