Welcome to Grand Panama Beach Resort 2-104, a relaxing Panama City Beach retreat with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their time at the beach. The open living and dining areas provide a welcoming place to relax together, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and snacks throughout your stay.

Located in Tower 2, guests have convenient access to the beach and amenities throughout Grand Panama Beach Resort. A connected skywalk leads from Tower 2 to Gulf-front Tower 1, providing easy access to the beach. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the amenities in both towers, including both resort pools and hot tubs.

Grand Panama Beach Resort is located about 4 miles west of Pier Park, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, entertainment, and everything Panama City Beach has to offer.

Guests are welcome to use either resort pool during their stay.

Please note: Coolers and glass bottles are not permitted in the pool areas.

PARKING & WRISTBANDS

Parking passes and wristbands are required and are picked up at the front desk.

• A card located in the unit must be presented at the front desk
• Unassigned covered parking is available with a valid parking pass
• Wristbands are required while on property

IMPORTANT NOTES

• No pets allowed
• Guests must register with the resort for parking passes and pool bands
• The resort registration fee is $55, which includes one parking pass and armbands for each member of your party
• An additional parking pass is $35
• Adults and children age 13 and older are required to wear armbands while on property
• Starter linens and amenities are provided; guests should bring beach towels and personal items

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
