FP Rooms

The location is excellent, the service is personal and friendly, the room was clean, and the price was very reasonable.

However, there are a few important things to know. This is essentially a residential building converted into guest rooms rather than a traditional hotel, so you need to coordinate arrival and wait for someone to come and let you in. There is no elevator and no breakfast. The most disappointing point was the “free parking” description. The property does not actually have parking. What they mean is that guests can look for free public parking somewhere in the surrounding area. In my opinion, this is misleading and should be stated much more clearly in the listing.

Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente.

Tutto benissimo!

It is a great choise for visiting Matera! Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to the old town and restaurants. Everything in the room is new and looks great. The view from the balcony is amazing. They even left water and snacks. Also there is coffee maker in the room. Thank you for the stay!
