Everything was fantastic - The reception from the staff, the recommendations on what to see in the area, the thoughtful details in the room (from toiletries to a well stocked kitchen), the selection at breakfast, the location...it was a very professional and pleasant stay. Would love to come back one day.
The 20 euros to park in the parking garage was a bit steep, but we were fortunate to find a free park on the street.

Attractively restored stunning property.
Exceptionally clean. Good location. Walking distance of restaurants Fantastic views from our room.

Beautiful and tidy. Excellent staff. They provide a garage not far from the location. Close to the Sassi. Good decoration and maintenance. Nice breakfast.
Stairs, For a couple of age with suitcases it was unpleasant, although Giovanne proved to be very helpful during checkout.

It’s located just outside Sassi (a few minutes walk). It’s a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main area and quiet. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room has a beautiful view over the Gravina. Claudio was very helpful and provided a lot of information, and was very quick to respond. There is street parking, but it’s busy. We opted to park in their secure parking at £20 per day. Matera is magical and Casa Festa is a lovely place to stay.
