1. Location 2. Very responsive and helpful staff. They really try hard to provide good service and guest comfort.
Imen went out of her way to help us with various requests. She reached out in advance and provided instructions for check in. Her great communication skills is much appreciated.
Parking can be a challenge (to be expected). WiFi wasn’t working/available for a while but it was addressed eventually. Would have been nice to have a few English TV channels.

New and clean rooms with everything you need. Easily reachable by car and just a short walk to the historic center. Friendly hosts and good breakfast with a fantastic view over the canyon.

We had to get an early bus and they made us a lovely packed takeaway breakfast, very thoughtful
Wish we could stay longer than one night as their hospitality was like being at home with a family

The helpful and smiling ladies at the Casa Fiesta. They helped accommodate with my late arrival, provided information for the surrounding Matera and for the best Gelato in town.
The Casa Fiesta is perfectly located to access Matera by foot. It is a well finished with nice decor. The breakfast at the Casa Fiesta is a great start to your day. You can even have it with the view of the ravine (optional).
