The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. The bedrooms comprise one super-king-size and one super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request). There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, along with a cloakroom with basin and WC.
The property benefits from electric central heating throughout and underfloor heating in the living area, WiFi, a selection of books and games, fuel and power inc. in rent, and bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars. One well-behaved small to medium- sized dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking indoors.
Note: There is a pond on site. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead due to livestock and pets. Note: Robes and slippers are provided. Captains Barn provides a well-positioned base for exploring the Devon countryside. Note - no children under 17.
