It was well equipped, comfortable and it was easy to walk to the Quays for a drink, or into Exeter. It was big enough for 4 of us.
The decor was off putting as was all the fake foliage. The back yard wasn’t as shown in the photos as it’s largely taken up by a shed. The property felt a little run down and unloved, as did the immediate area around the house. I felt it was expensive for the quality of the fixtures/fittings.

The house was great, clean and comfortable (beds included), with a useful outside space. The coffee machine was a tremendous bonus for coffee lovers!
Minor gripes - we found the art quite masculine and a little off-putting. It would be good to make the lower keysafe inoperable, I was confused by it.

I absolutely loved the quirky decor, the wood finish was really nice. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and the extra large TV was a bonus.
Bedding was ironed and plenty of towels to use.

Good location. Quirky house - definitely a bit of a man cave. Air con in the main bedroom was great.
The double bed in the main bedroom upstaits was very uncomfortable. I woke up with backache every morning. I'm small (not overweight) but I fely like I was lying in a hole.
