It's an ideal home base for a couples' getaway, girls' wine weekend or relaxed Hill Country escape.
When you're ready for a night in town, downtown Fredericksburg and Main Street are about 9 miles away, making it easy to enjoy the area's restaurants, boutiques, galleries, live music and historic attractions before retreating to the quieter setting of the countryside.
Inside, the home offers a bright, spacious living area with large windows overlooking the expansive property. Settle in for a movie night with the flat-screen TV, DirecTV and Roku, or gather together in the open living and dining spaces after a day of wine tasting.
The well-equipped full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large island and everything needed for preparing breakfast before heading to the wineries or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home. Meals can be shared around the nearby dining table with seating for six.
