Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.
Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.
The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.
After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

We had such a fun time for my friends’s bachelorette party! Perfect location for shopping around and going out in Fredericksburg. The pictures don’t do this place justice! Would definitely come back again.

Our stay was short, brought my parents with to adventure out and visit Fredericksburg town. The home near everything. We did not use the hot tub as it was a very hot day and were exhausted from being out. However, we loved the fact the home was so comfortable and provided all amenities needed, such as towels, dishes, wine glasses. My dad was so happy with cable provided, so he could watch a couple of movies. Definitely, stay here again. The host was great with communication from the beginning to check out . Very cute house and super close to everything! We liked our stay very much HOWEVER, the hot tub looked a bit cloudy when we used it and we just thought it was chlorine or something since in previous reviews the host says it is cleaned after every guest. Since coming back every girl on the trip has bumps and a rash all over their body. We have all been to dr or emergency room since then and they have told us it looks like Hot tub folliculitis. Which means this hot tub is not being cleaned properly. DO NOT GET IN THE HOT TUB IF IT LOOKS CLOUDY!!
