It was a beautiful stay and all things are there. Need improvement of lighting inside rooms.

Rooms are good, I booked total 3 rooms. first 2 and then one. But I didn't know I have to book with same name. That is why they couldn't give the room all at place, rather 2 at the same place and one litttle far from the other two rooms. It will be good if all 3 rooms are closer to each other.

Plenty of parking space is there for your car. So no need to worry about your parking place. Enjoy the trip.

Check in time supposed to be 3pm it wasn't .Got into the room noticed the TV wasn't working properly and asked the housekeeper for help she stepped outside the room and asked the manager on duty if he changed the sheets when he got the room ready for us ..to which he answered NO. So she cleaned the room while we stood there after being checked in.

If the water pressure would not have been such a big issue I would have rated a lot higher.

Room was clean

No water pressure at all. One morning no hot warm only warm. When I told the FD, I was told to pull out on the knob to get more pressure. That didn't nothing. The water barely came out. The TV remote or the cable lagged badly. So badly I didn't want to mess with it anymore.

Was so dirty and gross, dirt on the walls and doors, sheets did not seem clean, bathtub was disgusting. Also ended up staying not even a total of 3 hours in the room and the man refused to give us a refund, which we paid $220 for and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not lay my head down at this place.

Quaint and Quiet Getaway in Fredericksburg

This motel is very quaint. I loved the style. This is an affordable place to stay in Fredericksburg. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness, hot breakfast, and movie night with all you can eat pizza for $5. I appreciate and support the small business owners who take so much pride in their establishment. I definitely recommend this place as a great, quiet getaway for visiting Fredericksburg.

The only thing I can say is that the TV remote did work fir volume. I was not interested in watching TV, so I did not even bring it up to the owners. I’m sure they would resolved this issue quickly.

Motorcycle trip.. had to stay longer because buddy got picked up by the towns boy scouts

The price compared to other places in the city. And the workers were very nice and I thought it was neat that they showed movies.

Towels, sheets, etc. did not seem clean at all. There were fire ants in the bathtub, the toilet did not flush well. Overall cleanliness was lacking. Room needed a good ol scrubbing. And hot tub did not work as advertised.. and both hottub and pool were filthy.

My problem was more with Booking.com than with the hotel. Hotel well below par for the price.

Room appeared clean even though thee carpet was stained. Not much else to recommend this property.

Even though signs were posted for no smoking, an employee was smoking in a chair next to the door to the lobby. The lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as well.

Excellent Value for your Dollar!

First the rooms were well decorated with Beautiful Bedding, Additional and very substantiation pillows, additional blankets, Coffee Makers and Soap/Shampoo and conditioner. Also there was USB connections. The bed was very comfortable and the walls of the room were not thin. I had the breakfast the next morning and it was excellent! Well stocked, great coffee, good breakfast options and a very comfortable dining area. I was very happily surprised and I will be booking again next time I'm in town. (Happens fairly often)

My only complaint was the coffee cups could have been larger. Otherwise I was very happily overwhelmed with the options I could not think of anything I didn't like.
