The Frémont Room: Bright and airy, newly renovated centrally-located, one bedroom/one
bathroom apartment named after John C. Frémont, Arizona's fifth territorial Governor from
1878 to 1881. Located right off of Willis Street in Downtown Prescott, just a few minutes’ walk
from coffee shops, Whiskey Row, restaurants and the historic Courthouse Square. Perfect for
couples or single travelers!
This apartment is located in a newly renovated 1905 historic building that lies in the heart of
downtown Prescott. The apartment is about 670 square feet in total and you will see the hints
of history throughout, including some of the original doors and window frames.
A highly desirable location to enjoy Prescott’s special events and festivities, including the
annual 4th of July Parade, Christmas Parade and Rodeo Parade right on Willis street.
The bedroom features a comfy queen size bed and a desk workspace that includes a usb
charging port. For your convenience, there is an air purifier and a white noise machine.
The living room has plenty of reading nooks, a smart tv that you can log into Netflix and a
futon that you can fold out into a bed. There are bright bay windows that look out onto Willis
Street and curtains for full privacy.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for cooking! It features a gas stove and oven, large black
granite composite sink (non-porous germ resistant), fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave
and quartz countertops. The coffee bar is equipped with a keurig coffee machine, tea kettle
(on the stove), tea bags, k cups, sweeteners, creamers and mugs. There is a small wood dining
table and chairs located across from the kitchen.
The bathroom has a tiled shower/tub, space for hanging clothes and a luggage rack. There is
also an iron, ironing board and pack n play stored in the bathroom closet area.
RULES:
We are strict about asking our guests to adhere to the rules out of respect to our property and
other tenants in the apartment building:
- Absolutely no partying or smoking (including vaping).
- Quiet time is 10pm-7am. This means no loud noises, music or shouting.
- Checkout time is at or before 12pm.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:
- This is an apartment that is one of eight in the building. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am to
respect other tenants.
- There is no backyard entertainment area.
- On-street parking only (usually available in front or within a few houses of the apartment).
There is no available off-street parking.
- There is no washer or dryer.
- This apartment is over 100 years old. The windows do not stay open and some of the doors
and hardware are original.
