Welcome to the Rose House, on the historic registry, in the renowned Nob Hill area in Downtown Prescott
This beautifully restored one bedroom, one bathroom1920's Bungalow with a renovated, free-standing, studio guest house, with it's own bathroom, is just steps away from the Historic Yavapai County Courthouse, Notorious Whiskey Row, Sharlott Hall Museum and the wonderful shops, galleries, restaurants and breweries that always make the Downtown Prescott one of the top, must-visit, destinations in Arizona
This home has a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room sofa. In the studio guest house, there is a queen bed with a pull out queen bed also in the sofa. There are a couple uneven steps between the main house and the guest house Additionally, there is Internet with included Wifi, a Smart TV in the main house and guest house. There is fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessary dishware, silverware and glassware, pots, pans, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave and gas stove over oven in the main house .
Owner will provide paper towels, toilet paper and clean linens, sheets, laundry detergent and bath towels. Please bring your own preferred toiletries such as shampoo, bathing soap and toothpaste.

Adorable, simple historic house easily walkable to anywhere you want in downtown Prescott. House was clean and had everything we needed. My son loved having his own casita to himself & the yard was perfect for our dog. Prescott is such a dog friendly town, loved taking our dog out and enjoying all the dog-friendly patios. House is located in a quiet area just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to stay quiet at night, but still walkable. Had no issues sleeping and even had windows open in the bedroom both nights a bit to enjoy the fresh air. Beds were clean and comfortable and showers had great water pressure. Because we were visiting friends we didn’t cook anything other than breakfast but kitchen seemed well stocked. Def bring what you need. Realized there was only instant coffee my first morning, which was fine, and it clearly states in the check in email to make sure to bring your own stuff. Todd is an amazing host. Very communicative and allowed us in a bit early even when we knew we were going to arrive early. We’ll def make this our favorite place to stay when we’re visiting again!

This is our third time staying here and it never disappoints. It's always clean, well stocked and a lovely neighborhood. Close to downtown and the Courthouse Square but still feels away from the bustle.The owner is very good with questions or concerns.

The location was perfect for enjoying downtown Prescott. We really liked having a separate guest house for our family members who came for a night. The house is reasonably well equipped for light cooking. Our great granddaughters simply loved the loft in the guest house!

Smooth and easy check in and check out. Excellent location for walking to and from Downtown area. House is well stocked for all of your needs and the electric bbq grill worded out great! An added plus is the friendliness of the surrounding neighbors. Great neighborhood!We already rebooked for next year!
