Very cute little cottage! Quick walk to everything. We would stay here again. There is no dishwasher, but the sink is huge and they provided dish soap so we had no problem at all!

The property is a quaint old cottage in a historic, safe area of Prescott. It is itself a historic home. So with that said, be prepared for small doors, bugs wandering in, and air conditioning that was not originally built into the house-same for the walk-in shower. No dishwasher, 2 queen beds. Parking is easy and in the driveway.
Dealing with the property manager was an absolute joy, and any problems we had during our 3 night stay were resolved immediately. The cottage is actually lovely with a really nice sitting area on the back carport. It is decorated nicely. And clean.

The location was great. We had issues with the wifi and guest bedroom tv connection, which was frustrating for ourselves and children to continuously troubleshoot. The living room needs updated furniture, one of standalone chairs is unsteady. The house was decently clean, but not to the level of cleanliness I would expect from a VRBO rental property.
