The stylish property is located in downtown Prescott, just a block from the Courthouse Square. At 650 sq ft, the suite is an entire home away from home, ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with a luxury firm Saatva mattress. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and glass panel for a spa-like feel. Brew a cup of coffee or prepare an entire meal in the brand-new kitchen stocked to open a bottle of wine or host guests for dinner. This living space has everything to make you feel at home: high speed WiFi, 55” Samsung smart TV, YouTubeTV for live entertainment, ability to log into your Streaming Services through RoKu, washer and dryer, Keurig, drip coffee pot & espresso machine.
When you’re not cuddled up on the couch, enjoy the outdoor spaces. A picturesque sunset view of Thumb Butte can be soaked in from the cozy rocking chairs nestled on the front porch. From the suite, access over 300 miles of mountain bike trails and take a short drive to hikes, lakes, casinos, Yavapai College, Prescott College, and Embry Riddle.

The Blue House in downtown Prescott was an absolute gem! The location could not have been better. It was close to everything while still being quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The home itself is cozy, charming, and full of historic character. It felt welcoming the moment we walked in, and honestly, I really did not want to leave.If I could suggest one improvement, it would be adding an oven. That said, the lack of one would not deter me from booking again. The house is so unique and comfortable that it far outweighs that minor inconvenience. Even including an air fryer would be a great substitute For future travelers, if you are looking for a historic property with character, a fantastic downtown location, and a cozy atmosphere, this is an excellent choice. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prescott.

The square footage belies the feel of this place. There was ample room for my wife and I and it felt much larger than advertised. The furniture and bed were comfortable and it had everything we needed. We got a couple of free concerts thanks to The Hassayampa across the street while enjoying our porch in the evenings. We loved the location and it is less than a 5 minute walk to the square. Only two issues to note, there are several parking lots abutting the property and one early morning a loud stereo and car occupants hanging woke us up. Also there is no dishwasher. Neither of these bothered us but it is worth noting. We will definitely be booking again here again. It has made it on our list of favorite places we’ve rented.
