We loved the property and it is super adorable. It had everything we needed for the most part. When we open the door and walked in, unfortunately, we noticed the house was not house kept, the beds were not made, and the prior guest sheets that have been slept in were still on the bed. I did immediately call the property management, and they were apologetic They did refund me my Cleaning deposit. Otherwise, the property was wonderful, and we did enjoy our stay. We would definitely book again with them.

House was fantastic, great location, great neighborhood, nice layout, stocked with more that you would need. The bad, the living room carpet smelled like dog urine, we emailed the management co about this and a burnt out light bulb. They responded about the bulb but didn't do anything about the carpet. We finally rolled it up and put it on the front porch. Also the house was full of Christmas decorations, it was August! It just shows a disconnect of the property management and the day to day operations, why couldn't the cleaning crew let someone know what's going on with the place, like a for mentioned burnt out light bulb... Also pet hair everywhere from previous occupants, isn’t that what the pet deposit is for, cleanup?
