The bungalow has a one car garage that is perfect for parking or storing your outdoor activity equipment and gear.
Less than walking distance to downtown, whiskey row, restaurants & shops, museums, elks theater, farmer's markets, microbreweries, and antique shops. Short drive to: hikes, mountain bike trails, lakes, Yavapai College, Prescott College, and Embry Riddle. Owner adjacent.

This was a wonderful gem to find for our last minute, one night getaway to Prescott. It was super clean, modern and in a great location. I loved being able to walk to all our favorite places. We will definitely be staying again!

Fenced yard for our dog. Clean and updated. Right by Red White and Brew. Good location.Quiet. Owners wonderful. Will come back and recommend to our friends.

The property is small but very well laid out. It is also very close to downtown Prescott so you can walk to anything. The kitchen is very well appointed.We had a few issues that were troubling-there was no soap in the bathroom so we washed with shampoo.The shower was just a trickle making showering difficult,The air conditioners were very loud making watching TV difficult.The owners are very nice and I notified them of the issues and they said they would take care of them.
