About this house rental
Historic house built in 1901, all upgraded modern amenities. Walking distance from Historic Down town Prescott.
Quiet with high ceiling chandeliers in dining room 6 person table as well as 2 person table in kitchen. Wood burning fireplace in living room with sofa, 2 chairs, one rocker. Layout of house is split so each bedroom is seperate. (See floor plan).
House has a front porch with 3 rockers & a bench. The flagstone back yard is spacious with 3 tables & a gas BBQ.
2 Dogs allowed max. for a PER pet cleaning fee of $60 each and back area is completely fenced in.

We really enjoyed our stay in Prescott overall. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and the location was excellent — being so close to downtown made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without a lot of driving. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying again.There were just a few issues that kept the stay from being perfect. In the evenings the house would get fairly warm, and since the AC would only cool down to a certain temperature and the windows could not be opened, it became a little uncomfortable at night. We also noticed that the bathroom sink did not seem to have cold water available.Aside from those issues, we truly enjoyed the property and appreciated the overall experience. Prescott was great, and the home was a big part of making the trip enjoyable.

Great location, comfortable, clean house. I wish I would have requested that linens be laundered with scent free products.
