Seashells Unit 24
Seashells of Sanibel Unit 24 – Newly Renovated West End Condo with Pool & Deeded Beach Access
Newly renovated Unit 24 at Seashells of Sanibel puts you on the island’s quiet west end, with deeded beach access just across the street. Walk to the Gulf for morning shelling, spend the afternoon by the pool or on the tennis and pickleball courts, and end the day grilling out or relaxing on your lanai.
Inside, bright tropical decor sets a relaxed island mood from the moment you walk in. The updated kitchen features tile accents and solid-surface countertops and is fully equipped for cooking in. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and an updated private bathroom with a tile backsplash. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, making it a great setup for kids, friends or anyone who prefers their own bed. A washer and dryer in the unit make longer stays easy.
Beyond the complex, Sanibel offers 23 miles of bike and walking trails, J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge, and plenty of golf, sailing and fishing.
