Seahorse Escape with Private Beach Access

“When you’re ready to flee…stay in Unit 43!” Also known as Seahorse Ranch Sanibel, Unit #43 offers a fully remodeled condo featuring bright, cheerful décor. The Seashells of Sanibel Condominiums are conveniently located near excellent restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and a bicycle rental facility. It includes a heated pool, propane BBQ grills and picnic seating, shell rinsing stations, and a tennis/pickleball court. The owner provides equipment for 4 to play pickleball. With private beach access just across the street, it is easy to do the “Sanibel Stoop” while hunting seashells or just relax while enjoying the beautiful beach.

The kitchen in Seahorse Ranch is fully stocked with 12 place settings, stainless steel appliances, many utensils and cooking pans, an automatic ice maker, air fryer, and a large stock pot for seafood boils.

Seahorse Ranch has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower in the en suite bath. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bathroom features a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. Both bedrooms and the family room have flat-screen televisions. Both bedrooms feature dressers and large closets, with a full-size washer and dryer inside one of the master bedroom closets. The living room sleeper sofa has a queen-sized memory foam mattress for added comfort.

Seahorse Ranch offers cable, streaming services, free Wi-Fi, linens and beach towels, central air and heat, plus ceiling fans. While the screened-in lanai is a perfect spot for sitting to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks, you will also find there everything needed for a fun time at the beach and/or pool: 6 beach chairs, 2 children’s foldable chairs, an umbrella, beach wagon, cooler, tote bag, and water/sand toys.

Just in case you need to work some while on vacation, the unit has 2 radio alarm clocks, a desk with an office chair, and a power bank USB charging station. And the owner provides a notebook filled with menus, places to visit, and things to do.

In the event of rain, Seahorse Ranch provides a foldable card table and 4 chairs, 2 DVD players and movies, and board games. There are also 2 compact umbrellas to keep you dry when outside. For the little ones, the unit has children’s books, a booster seat, and a Graco Pack n Play.

Unit #43 is smoke-free and pet-free, located near the tennis court, peacefully away from the road, and has a reserved parking space directly in front of the unit. We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Please note that the Seashells of Sanibel does not have elevators. All units are accessible only by stairs, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly for luggage and mobility needs. The unit is on the second floor.

Property Manager books reservations up to 51 weeks in advance. All properties include contact-free check-in with no office stop required (and no stop lights on Sanibel either!).
